Stuart is a commercial Chartered Accountant with many years working at senior levels in blue chip companies.
Following training in London at a top ten firm and focusing on SME clients he went on to gain strong corporate experience working for organisations including Thomson Reuters, Morgan Stanley, Fitch, and the PR firm Financial Dynamics.
While working for these organisations, he developed expertise in a range of skills including working in both strategic and operational roles. Having run successful finance teams he has strong experience of cash flow management, strategic planning and management reporting, and profit maximisation. Furthermore, his work for regulated companies has given him great experience developing internal control environments and managing compliance frameworks.
Stuart has strong sector experience in Financial Services, FinTech, Education and Professional Services. Stuart gained his degree from Cardiff University before training at RSM in London.
