Sarah started working with Capital Cranfield in 2020 providing strategic and tactical direction for our recruitment and employee engagement.
Sarah brings over 25 years’ cross-industry experience in HR consultancy, having worked earlier in her career in senior positions with large corporates like G4S, British Gas, McGraw Hill UK and British Airways, all the way down to small start-ups. Sarah was Chairman of Trustees of the McGraw-Hill UK Pension Scheme so naturally brought a good understanding of our business when she joined us.
Sarah gained a BA hons in English and History from London University and has an MA in Human Resource Management from Kingston Business School. Outside of work, Sarah lives in Norfolk, where most of her spare time is spent renovating her “Austin Powers” house and caring for a menagerie of animals which includes, sheep, chickens and three retired horses. She is also a keen tennis player and unenthusiastic runner.
