“Mark has brought the proper level of experience and technical expertise and on a personal level is able to talk to a diverse group of fellow trustees, bring them on board and increase their knowledge. After a busy year, the scheme is absolutely on track, Mark is providing the right level of challenge with advisers and providers.”
