Lucy joined Capital Cranfield’s Secretarial team in January 2023 and brings over 30 years’ experience in the pensions industry. Her recent focus has been Trustee Support and Governance.
In her career to date, Lucy has gained public and private sector scheme experience and has supported both the Trustee and the Employer on governance and risk, planning, project work, communication and administration. Lucy is passionate about good governance and is committed to improving the Member experience.
Lucy has an honours degree in Politics and Sociology and is a fellow of the Pensions Management Institute.
Outside of work, Lucy enjoys family life in Yorkshire, as well as travel, reading, cinema and eating out.
