Kate, who joined Capital Cranfield in May 2018 has a legal background and has served in senior corporate roles including Chief Counsel for O2 UK and Director of Business Affairs and board member for Telefonica Digital.
Her trustee experience extends back to 2008 covering both DB and DC benefit structures. Her experience includes closure to accrual, de-risking investment strategy, a range of liability management exercises, s75 issues arising from corporate change and the overhaul of DC investment options.
Kate has served as a trustee chairman for many years as well as acting as a trustee board member and sitting on a range of sub-committees. She ensures that business is kept focused to make best use of available time and budgets.
