Jacqueline has worked with Capital Cranfield as a Professional Trustee since 2005, with a current portfolio of schemes ranging in asset size from less than £10m up to over £1bn.
Jackie is Chair on most of her schemes or lead trustee for corporate sole trusteeships. They are all at differing stages of their journey-plan to self-sufficiency or buy-out.
Her experience includes DB and DC schemes, scheme closure; buy-ins, buy-outs and wind-ups; company reorganisation, mergers and acquisitions; GMP equalisation; adviser review, benchmarking and change of contract; transfers to mastertrusts; enhanced transfer value exercises; investment solutions including LDI, fiduciary managment and journey-planning.
She has a collaborative approach, working with the employer to achieve funding, investment and journey plan solutions; and working with her fellow trustees and advisers to provide a well trained, efficient and effective trustee board. Good governance is at the heart of ensuring that the scheme is well run and members receive their benefits.
