Jacob joined Capital Cranfield’s Scheme Secretarial team in June 2025 bringing previous pensions administration experience.
Jacob joined from Hymans Robertson, where he worked as an administrator on occupational Defined Benefit schemes.
Jacob has supported Trustees through Buy-out arrangements and is passionate about pension scheme governance as well as improving the member experience in administration.
Prior to entering the Pensions industry, Jacob studied Foreign Languages at Oxford Brookes University. He also speaks fluent French, having worked in French secondary schools for 8 months.
Outside work, Jacob is an ardent Derby County fan and enjoys quizzing in his spare time, having appeared on University Challenge whilst a student.
