Andrew is a board-level financial services leader with experience in both the private and public sectors.
He has a broad range of technical expertise and experience in the sphere of trust and contract-based workplace pensions, pension investment strategies, benefits administration, board governance, and regulatory compliance.
Amongst his current roles, he Chairs the Scottish Widows Master Trust and is the Independent Chair of the MyCSP Limited board. He was co-opted to the Regulatory Committee of the Pensions Management Institute in 2023.
Prior to becoming a Professional Trustee and non-executive director in 2020, his executive career included being the CEO of LGPS Central Limited, the Executive Director for Regulatory Policy at The Pensions Regulator, and a Partner at Aon Hewitt where he held a variety of consulting and management roles within the firm’s pensions, insurance, and investment practices.
He is an Accredited Professional Pension Trustee and has previously been an authorised person under the FCA’s SMR.
