Andrea, who is one of our Sole Trustee specialists, joined Capital Cranfield in 2023, having previously worked for over 20 years in the UK pensions industry.
Andrea is a member of the sole trustee team, working as one of the two trustees that we assign to each of our sole trustee cases to ensure that material decisions are properly considered, advisers are challenged and there is consistency of governance across our sole trustee portfolio.
Andrea is a qualified actuary who advised both Trustee Boards and sponsoring employers for over a decade at Mercer and who has also worked as an Early Resolution Adviser for the Pensions Ombudsman.
Andrea has a Mathematics degree from the University of Cambridge and is a fellow of the Institute of Actuaries (FIA). Outside of work, she is a school governor and enjoys playing badminton as well as running badminton tournaments for her local league, sewing and spending time with her family.
