Owen, who leads our Scheme Secretarial offering, joined Capital Cranfield in August 2024 and has over 11 years’ experience in the pensions industry. He is based in our Nottingham office.
Owen joined us from Coal Pension Trustees where he was their Head of Secretariat. He brings a broad range of experience across administration, risk, governance and secretarial functions, at both in-house roles and with third-party providers.
In addition to being a Scheme Secretary for several years, Owen has also supported trustees during Board restructures, governance reviews, member communications exercises, and has managed GMP projects for a number of clients. Alongside his strong organisational skills, Owen builds excellent relationships across different stakeholders.
Owen is an Associate Member of the Pensions Management Institute and previously sat on a PASA working group for GMP rectification projects.
Outside of work, Owen’s hobbies are largely sport related, including still playing football when he can. He also enjoys countryside walks with his dog.
