Dean joined Capital Cranfield in January 2024 and has over 25 years’ experience in the pensions industry.
Dean has gained a broad spectrum of experience through a variety of roles in third-party and in-house administration environments. His first 10 years were spent at leading pension consultancies working in administration.
Dean then moved to one of the UK’s largest automotive retailers in 2007 and spent 5 years in senior administration working on scheme management, providing support to both the Trustee and Employer with the co-ordination of advisers to build strong relationships across all stakeholders.
For the next 11 years, Dean also acted as Secretary to the Trustees and provided Scheme Secretarial Services to several pension schemes and has considerable experience of project work for both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution schemes.
Outside of work, Dean enjoys watching Nottingham Forest and going for long walks with his dog.
