Stella joined Capital Cranfield in late 2015 after a varied career with an Employee Benefit Consultancy and in house with a FTSE100 company. Stella brings a pragmatic and goal oriented approach, seeking to work collaboratively with all parties.
Stella has practical experience of DB, hybrid, DC and Master Trust schemes of various sizes from circa £5 million to over £2.5 billion. Project experience includes scheme establishment, benefit change, liability management exercises, asset backed contributions, merger, closure and wind up.
Stella has a First in Philosophy from Nottingham University, an MBA and is also a qualified Company Secretary, experienced in Corporate Governance and Compliance. Outside of work Stella is interested in the Arts and took up painting during the 2020 lockdowns.
